The Maryland Democratic Party is hiring Outreach Organizers for the 2018 cycle. Outreach Organizers are responsible for outreach to local stakeholders, recruiting, training and managing regional volunteer teams, coordinating phone banks and canvasses, and organizing local grassroots trainings. The chosen candidates will be directly responsible for building a grassroots organization and meeting recruitment goals to deliver the margin of victory in their region.
