• Call 1-866-663-6537 and use the Promo Code listed on the Take One (Promo Code is the two-letter state abbreviation).

DOES THE CARD HAVE AN ANNUAL FEE?
No, it does not have an annual fee.

WHAT IS THE INTEREST RATE?
The Platinum MasterCard has an introductory Annual Percentage Rate, (APR) of 2.9% fixed on purchases, balance transfers, and convenience checks. After the 9 month introductory period, the rate will adjust based on the Prime Lending Rate (see disclosure for details).

CAN ANYONE APPLY?
This offer is available to anyone age 18 or over and a permanent resident of the United States with the exception of the state of Iowa and Puerto Rico.

CAN I GET A CARD FOR MY SPOUSE?
Since each approved account helps to support The Maryland Democratic Party, we hope that your spouse or other family members would want a card of their own. Remember, the more approved accounts we generate the more the party earns. However, if approved and you’d prefer to add an additional user to your own account you may call the toll-free number on the back of your card and Customer Service will add the user to your account.

WHAT ARE THE APPROVAL CRITERIA?
The following minimum criteria are used to determine approval:

• Permanent resident of the U.S.
• $15,000 minimum household income
• 18 years of age or older
• Good credit history
• Review of the information you provided to Juniper Bank

This is the minimum criteria. It does not imply or guarantee in any way that a particular applicant will be approved.

WHEN CAN I FIND OUT WHAT MY CREDIT LINE IS?
If you apply online at www.demcard.com/usa1 or via phone, you may receive your credit decision instantly, and if you are approved, you will be given your credit line at that time. Otherwise, you will be notified by mail of your credit line within 7-10 business days.

I ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER CREIDT CARD.
Many people already have a credit card that they use for everyday purchases. However, you may want to have a backup card in case something happens to your primary credit card (lost, etc). Or you can make the Democratic Party credit card your primary card and use your other card as a backup.
